Post nitric hump

So, about an hour or so after turning off the nitric oxide Elliott's sats dropped to the low 80s. He has been fluctuating between 86 and 94 for the past 45 minutes or so. Dr. L has decided to utilize the 2 minute 100% Fi02 button on the vent to deliver 100% o2 to help him get over this nitric oxide weaning hump. No one seems overtly concerned at this point, so I am trying to manage my stress level accordingly. However, I really like seeing progress and hope Elliott will chug a lug through this without having to step backwards.
