Oh my goodness! There is so much space at Elliott's bedside! They moved a lot of equipment out this morning- no more nitric oxide machine, no more cerebral profusion monitoring, no more chest tubes and bubblers! Now we need to get rid of the dialysis apparatus and vent! He tolerated the latest vent wean steps, but they are taking it really slowly. Still no definitive answer for why they left the dialysis catheter in place.
